Above is our Stevie Ray Vaughan Replica Stratocaster Guitar Extreme attention to detail. All gold hardware, aged and worn in the proper positions and point of use. Parts are aged individually to replicate the natural wear. Bodies are stained yellow, then covered with Fender Fullerplast, then black, followed by red, then cleared. Wear then goes through each color stage, with the Fullerplast remaining as a undercoat, just as Stevie's was. Remainder of White SRV paint on the top horn are put on top of the clear then worn and chipped. Even though we go for the exact marks, scratches and bites that the strat suffered, each guitar has its own identity. When we relic the parts, each one kind of asks to be treated in a certain way. Maybe some areas were not suited for wear, and if we applied wear in that position, it would look rather fake. Each guitar has it's own identity and will be something you can be sure you can call yours. The perfect replica decals are placed in the exact location after viewing hundreds of photos, The decal sizes are exact, just as the ones SRV found at truck stops. The open area for the left trem conversion is filled with hardwood round stock, just as the SRV Number One. Gold trem is chemically aged in the natural wear areas. Left handed arm is replaced with a right handed arm, also in gold. Pickguard is Black White Black. Plastic parts are reliced, through our own secret aging process. All gold screws and hardware are aged as they should be in the positions they were used. AREAS UNDER
PARTS AND PLASTIC ARE NOT AGED.
