Rick Neilsen of Cheap Trick is the worlds most eclectic collector of guitars. With one for practically every event, occasion and outfit, his warehouse is the Fort Knox of Guitardom.
Cheap Trick recorded the Theme Song for the Colbert Report and are big supporters of Steven. On one occasion the asked DiPinto to create a guitar based on the (At the time) catch-phrase “truthiness”. Chris DiPinto of DiPinto Guitars was asked by Rick to create a guitar to honor Steven, so they could present it on the next Live Performance.
